How do I return a product?
We are happy to accept exchanges via mail. To return or exchange by mail, please contact our Natural Nerd team at 1 (877) 689-5264 or email@example.com, and they will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and a product return/exchange form.
There is a product missing or damaged in my order, what do I do?
Please contact our Natural Nerd team at at 1 (877) 689-5264 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with missing or damaged items. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and/or damaged products will be fully replaced or refunded.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order from Lotus Naturals Canada products. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also go to My Account and click view order to track your order.
Can I get my order gift wrapped or add a personal message?
We’re sorry! Gift wrapping and personalized messages are not offered at this time.
My parcel hasn’t arrived on time, is it lost in transit?
If your order seems to be lost in transit, contact our Natural Nerd team who will be happy to help you investigate. Please contact our Natural Nerd team at 1 (877) 689-5264 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and allow plenty of time. If your order has been lost, we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
